Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing all riders/Driver on ground
- Follow up for daily cash collection from Riders/Drivers
- Preparing the excel sheet for COD and delivery.
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products while maintaining high service levels.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with company objectives, optimizing routes and transportation methods for efficiency.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to negotiate favorable terms and enhance service quality.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations regarding transportation and customs, minimizing risks and delays.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales and production, to align logistics operations with overall business goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in additional languages can be advantageous for global operations.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic logistics environment.
